Wrong "Combinatorial Parameters" german translation and uppercase missing

Description
We have "Convert to non-combinatorial parameter" in the block "Combinatorial Parameters" and when the language is set to German it shows "In kombinatorisch umwandeln" and it should be changed to "In nicht-kombinatorische umwandeln" to avoid confusion.
Also, it´s missing the uppercase on the Parameter word when translated to german.
