While creating Test Steps, the tab shortcut does not automatically change the Test Steps field

Description

While creating Test Steps, the tab shortcut does not automatically change the Test Steps field.

How to reproduce

1. Click on Create button and choose issue type Test
2. Start writing on Action field, then click on the tab shortcut.

Actual result/Attachments

Currently, is necessary a lot of clicks to change from Action column to Data, and Data to
Expected Result.
All "buttons" like Visual, Text, Test Step Placeholder are highlighted before reaching the next Test Step field.

Expected result

The tab shortcut should redirect automatically to the next column.
This worked well in version 4.1.6.
