Creating a Test Execution in a Test Plan on Jira's Create Issue Dialog should trigger a Window Refresh to make it visible.

Pre-conditions
Have a Required Field defined on the project and used in the Test Execution's Screen.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution from the Test Plan;
2. Finish the Creation process by pressing "Create".

Actual result/Attachments
The Test Plan Window is not refreshed, and thus, the Newly created Test Execution is not visible.

Expected result
The Test Plan Window is refreshed, and thus, the Newly created Test Execution is visible.
