Excel created CSV files with more than one column are "not importable"

Description
Any Excel-created CSV files using more than one column are triggering an error when importing into Xray.

Pre-conditions
The file is formatted using more than one column.

How to reproduce

1. Enter the Dataset Dialog;
2. Select the "Import" -> "CSV File" menu;
3. Import the aforementioned CSV File, the appropriate "CSV Delimiter" and define UTF-8 in the "File Encoding":
   

Actual result/Attachments
The file is not imported, and the user sees an error:

The file is correctly imported.
