Overall Requirement Coverage Report using JQL filter retrieves all Projects issues

Description
If you use the following filter JQL ->resolution = Done or resolution is empty on the Overall Requirement Coverage Report you´ll retrieve Requirements from all Project´s because of the last 'OR' operator. If you put the same JQL with parenthesis it will work correctly.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Overall Requirement Coverage Report
2. Filter with JQL -> resolution = Done OR resolution is EMPTY

Actual result/Attachments
The results are retrieved from Requirements from all Projects.

Expected result
It should only show information related to the Project where we´re opening the Report. So in the Report, it should apply the JQL with parenthesis like the following:
project=X AND (JQL Filter)
