The Test Runs List Gadget returns records out of the date range filter limits.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Test Run Started and Finished on the same day (e.g., 15/12/2021)
• Generate the gadget using a filter that includes the Test Run created
• Set a date range filter ending on the previous day (e.g., 01/12/2021 - 14/12/2021)
