There is no No History in the Test issue Type when Removing a Test from a Test Set

Removing a Test from a Test Set shows the action in the Test Set issue type ticket history, but there is no history about the Test being deleted from the Test Set in the Test ticket History. 

So I don't know in what test set the Test was previously
