In the Test Plan Report, the Success Rate by Test Environment is not shown for all the Test Environments

Description
In the Test Plan Report, for the column Success Rate by Test Environment, only the Test Environments from the Test Executions belonging to the Test Plan's Project are shown.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan on Project GOT and added a Test
2. Create a Test Execution on Project GOT, add the Test Environment CDE, and associate to the Test Plan of 1. Run the Test.
3. Create a Test Execution on Project TEST, add the Test Environment ABC, and associate to the Test Plan of 1. Run the Test.
4. Go to the Test Plan Report.

Actual result/Attachments

The Success Rate by Test Environment is only presented for Test Environment CDE, which belongs to the Test Plan project.

Expected result

Both Test Environments should be present.
