Improve the way the Execution's "Merge" works with Test Run Parameters

Presently, if a Parameter is changed midway into a Test Run, and the Tester chooses the Merge option, all affected Test Run Iterations are reset, even if the updated parameter is not considered in the reset steps.

Like in Manual Tests, if a Test Step is added/altered and the Test Run Merged, only the affected Steps are changed.

The same method should be applied in the Test Run Parameters, and the Execution should be analyzed Step by Step, even inside the Test Run Iterations.
