Doc Gen and Xporter are not working properly with Test Steps

Steps to reproduce the error:

• Change the Jira profile to german language
• Create a new Test with Action, data, and expected result
• Associate the test to a new Test Execution
• Export the test execution using the template from the store (Test Execution advanced with cover page (Xray 5))
• The report generated won't contain the information regarding the test step on the test run

Expected result:

• The report should be generated properly using the template with the mappings in English (ie.: Action, Data and ExpectedResult)

Additional note:

• If we export directly from the Test using the template Xray Test Report we will notice the same mappings will export the information properly
