When adding an attachment to the Actual field result, it is possible to select a file outside Jira

Description

When adding an attachment to the Actual field result, it is possible to select a file outside Jira.
This only happens with Jira 8.20.x.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Manual Test with one step
2. Go to Execution Details page
3. Expand the Actual Results field and click on the attach button

Actual result/Attachments

The browse option appears and it seems possible to attach a file from the explorer, but it is not attached.

Expected result

It should only list the evidence prior added to the step. Or, if no evidence is attached, it should appear empty.
