As an Admin, I want to decide if the Test Executions in a Test Plan are Cloned

As an Admin, I want to decide if the Test Executions in a Test Plan are to be Cloned when the Test Plan is, retaining the association with the same Tests.

This would ease creating a new Test Plan for a new feature or version, where all the new Test Executions should be recreated without any Results.
