Test Execution Report sorts Issues randomly when filter is applied

Description
When you generate the Test Execution Report without any filter, it will be ordered by the Test Execution Key. If it´s applied a filter, even with an ORDER BY parameter on the clause, the issues get randomly ordered.

How to reproduce

1. Generate the Test Execution Report without filter, Test Executions will be ordered by Key
   
2. Apply a saved filter with ORDER BY created DESC parameter

Actual result/Attachments
The Test Execution Report doesn´t order according to with the filter.

Expected result
The Test Execution Report should give the same ORDER as it´s shown on the filter.
