As system, I can reset TestRunStatus and Requirement Status through the REST API

Currently, the only option to reset these custom fields is manually through the issue view page. It should be possible to perform the reset of these custom fields through the REST API.

The REST endpoint should take a list of issues to reset its TestRunStatus or Requirement Status custom fields.
