Requirement List Gadgets doesn´t assume the "All Environments" option although it shows it on the UI

Description
When you add the Requirement List Gadgets to the Dashboard, it shows the "All Environments" option selected on the Gadget Settings but it´s not being considered.

How to reproduce

1. Add the Requirement List Gadget to the Dashboard
2. Select a filter or Project with Requirements that have Tests with different Environments and Status
3. Click on Save and verify the Requirement Status
4. Open the Gadget Settings
5. Select the "All Environments" option again on the Test Environments field
6. Verify if the Requirement Status changed

Actual result/Attachments
It doesn´t assume the "All Environments" option and presents different Requirement Status.

Expected result
It should assume the "All Environments" option at the moment the Gadget is created.

Workaround
Go to the Requirement List settings and select again the All Environments on the Test Environments field and Save it, this will work unless you delete the Gadget and then when you add it again you will need to select again the All Environments option.
