The REST API that exports Execution Results (TestRuns) with the "savedFilterId" and the "testKey" parameters don´t work

Description
The Export Execution Results API request using the "savedFilterId" and the "testKey" parameters don´t work.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution with multiple Tests
2. Create a new filter for that Test Execution
3. Run the REST API using both parameters: /rest/raven/1.0/testruns?savedFilterId=10701&testKey=XRAYD-14

Actual result/Attachments
The Test Runs from all Tests are returned.

Expected result
It should only returned the Test Run from the filtered Test
