      Using Test Case Importer as non-admin, Xray allows the creation of new Jira Resolutions.

      How to reproduce

      1. Enter Test Case Importer as a non-admin user:
      2. upload CSV file;
      3. map Resolution to a wrong value:

      Actual result/Attachments
      A new Resolution is created even though the user is not a Jira Admin:

      Expected result
      Resolution is not created.
