      Description
      When having the Jira configured in Spanish and the user profile using the English language, the migration could fail due to the different decimal places used in the number custom fields.

      Pre-conditions
      Custom field - Type Number on Zephyr tests

      How to reproduce

      1. Configure Jira to use the Spanish language (Indexing Language and Default Language)
      2. For the User profile language use English
      3. Create a new Zephyr Test and use dot as a decimal place

      Actual result/Attachments
      Currently it fails showing the following stack-trace in the logs:
