In a Requirement, the scope selected in the Test Coverage should be kept by issue.

Currently, the scope is saved taking into consideration the User/Project.

Use case scenario:
Two Requirements, one for each Test Plan.
When selecting the scope for the first Story to Test Plan 1 and the second story for Test Plan 2, the first one will be automatically updated for Test Plan 2, which is undesired.
