Xray is slow when setting a filter and navigating to empty folders

1. Navigate to Test Repository
2. Create a sample Test folder but do not add test cases to it. Keep the folder empty
3. Set the view to Flat View
4. Apply a filter
5. Navigate between the folders with test cases. The result meeting the filter criteria will display in an acceptable time.
6. Navigate to the folder created in step 2
7. Xray will take more time to load and display "No Results Found" text
Expected:
It is expected that if there are NO test cases in a folder, then it should take very less time when compared to the folders that has test cases.
