As a user I would like to have the Test Issue updated date in Jira index when changed the Test moved between Test Plan Board folders

For example, when adding or deleting Test to/from a Test Set, history data for both issues are updated. Also, the corresponding Issue updated date is changed. But in the Jira index, information isn't changed.

In the issue: https://jira.getxray.app/browse/XRAY-7616, we can see that this link is covered (CF updated - Yes, History - Yes), but not all information is updated.

There is an issue that the updated date changes are not always populated to the Jira Index, for example, when Test moved between Test Plan Board folders.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Fix the current time.
2) Add a Test to a Test Plan. Test and Test Plan data are updated.
3) Open issue browser and execute a JQL query "project = [PROJECT] and updated > [DATETIME]". Replace [PROJECT] with the appropriate project and [DATETIME] with the time fixed in the 1st step. Results should return the Test and the Test Plan.
4) Change [DATETIME] to the current time - there should be no issues returned; if needed, wait some time to achieve an empty result set.
5) Create a new folder in the Test Plan Board.
6) Move the Test to the Folder created in the 5th step.
7) Issue the JQL query from the 4th step - no issues are returned.
8) Open the Test issue - Updated field will be changed. And in the issue history, there will be a record of folder change.
9) Change issue data (for example, modify the description) so that issue updated field is changed.
10) Once more issue the JQL query from the 4th step - the Test issue will be returned.

If other Xray data are changed, for example, modified Test Steps, or changed links between Test entities, the Jira index is updated, and the corresponding issue is returned.
