CSV export on Reports doesn´t show option to choose the CSV delimiter

Description
If you open the Traceability Report and Export to CSV it shows the option to choose the CSV Delimiter, then if you change to Test Plan, Test Execution, or Test Run Report refresh the page and try to export to CSV it will not show the option to choose the CSV delimiter.

How to reproduce

1. Open Xray Reports
2. Choose Traceability report to generate report --> click download CSV
3. You get option to choose delimiter.
4. Switch to other report like "Test Plan Report"
5. Refresh the page
6. Click to download CSV.

Actual result/Attachments
The option to choose the CSV delimiter doesn´t show and it downloads the CSV directly

It should show the option to choose the CSV delimiter
