Add additional information on the Dataset´s Parameters

Add the following information to Dataset´s Parameters:

• Description of the parameter
• Supported values by the parameter ( maybe a range)
• Data-type supported by the parameter (int, string)
• Whether the parameter is mandatory for the test case or optional for one of its steps.
