Currently, we use P4 as a Flag for Defects and it works as the quote:
If you pass true as the value for P4, the query returns all Tests from a particular set of Test Executions where no Defects were created.
Users should be able to, somehow, list only Tests that have a Defect created during it's run, for this specific Test Execution.
Along with that, i suggest that we split out the date functionality from this query into a separate JQL, that uses just the issueKey and date range. This would be really useful, as users could, from a single query, list all the tests with the run updated within a time frame.
