Changing a Pre-Condition Summary doesn´t change on the Test Run

Description
If we add a Pre-condition to a Test and execute the Test, and then do changes to the pre-condition, like updating the Summary, this is not detected in the execution. The change to a pre-condition Summary is updated in the execution only if we reset/merge in another change to the test.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Pre-Condition issue
2. Add it to a Test issue
3. Execute the Test in a new Test Execution
4. Go to the Execution page and verify the Pre-condition there
5. Go to the Pre-condition issue and change the Summary
6. Go back to the Execution page and verify the Pre-condition

Actual result/Attachments
The Pre-condition remains with the old Summary.

Expected result
It should appear the message to Merge/Reset or the Pre-condition should automatically change according to the new Pre-condition summary
