Description

If there is a defect associated with an iteration, its key is not exported when we click on "export Test Runs to CSV", option in the Test Execution.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Manual Test with 1 step and 2 iterations
2. Run this Test and create a Defect on test step 1 from iteration 1 and create an overall defect
3. Go back to the Test Execution, click on the three dots button and select Export Test Runs to CSV

Actual result/Attachments

The Iteration Test Step defect key is not present.

Expected result

All the Defects associated with the Test Run should be exported.
