As an application, Xray should provide a setting so Test Steps can be split into pages to avoid performance issues

Please add an option into the Xray settings where admins can make it so Manual Tests will have pagination when there are more than X Test Steps.

Proposed value would be 10 Steps per page - also, there could be even a configuration for this value, so users can tell how many Steps per page are shown.
