    Description

When a Test Plan is created and a Test is associated with it and the associated Test is opened, under Test Runs > Execute in > New Test Execution, the Create Test Execution screen Summary under General tab appears as "Test Execution for Test Plan <test plan>" and under Test Execution Details tab, the Tests field appears with no Test associated with it.

If the Test page is reloaded, the Create Test Execution screen Summary under General tab appears as "Ad-hoc execution for <test name>" and under Test Execution Details tab, the Tests field appears with the Test associated with it properly.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a test plan with a test in it
      2. View test plan and click the test in Tests section
      3. Click Execute in > New Test Execution in Test Runs section
      4. View Summary and Tests in Test Execution Details

      Actual result/Attachments:
The execution summary is "Test Execution for Test Plan <test plan>", and there are no tests in Tests field.

      Expected result:
The execution summary is "Ad-hoc execution for <test name>", and the test showing in the Tests field.

      Additional information:
Works correctly after reloading the test page after step 2 with Cmd-R in Safari.

User tried in Mac Chrome 105.0.5195.102, but there seems a separate issue that the execution creation does not open at all after step 3. I'm stuck in a spinner, and log shows "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'displayName')".
