Traceability report export empty if data contains a label with the Hashtag ( # ) character

Description- When trying to export the Traceability report with data containing label with Hashtag (#) it will result in an empty export, even if the query returns one or more issues on the report page. 

How to reproduce

1. Create Label with Hashtag #
2. Add label to any of the story 
3. Run the Traceability report
4. Export the report
5. The CSV report file results empty.

The Export CSV  should contain data.
