Issue attaching image files and screenshots in Test Steps

Description
When editing a Test Step by UI, user is having some issue when attach screenshots and images files.

How to reproduce

1. In the step Action, for example, paste a screenshot;
2. Still in the step Action, add an image file as an attachment;
3. The attachment label (the gray one with the name of the file on it) of the image file will not appear - only the label of screenshot will remain;
4. Paste more screenshots in the step Action and you will see more labels of the screenshot being added;
5. Add other image file - this will delete the labels of the screenshots; only the first screenshot label and the label of the last image added will remains;
6. Click Done and you will see that the thumbnails from the screenshots and images are just an image icon;

Expected result
Should keep the images files and attachment labels;
Should keep the images preview on the Test Steps;
