The *Export Test Runs to CSV* option is not working properly for some URLs

Description
The Export Test Runs to CSV option is not working correctly due to the wrong referral URL

How to reproduce

• If it is called from the Issue's "More" >> "Export Test Runs to CSV" option, it works, as it always uses the correct base URL
• If it is called from the Test Executions' Test Table option (three dots), it doesn't work as it changes the URL
