Document generator fails when export the Test Repository with more then 1000 Tests, even with the setup in the (Max number of issues that can be export) selected maximum 10000

To recreate the bug.

Have more then 1000 in one single folder.

Increase the number from 1000 to 10000 in the Manage apps > Xray > Miscellaneous, following below screenshot:

Try to export the Test Repository folder ALL with Document Generator and got the below error message:

"The number of select issues is above the maximum allowed (1000)"
