when i add the test plan from the test execution view, it is only visible in the test execution history but not the Test plan history

Description
**

The user is trying to add a test Execution to a test plan in the Jira server.

When the user adds it from the “Add New Test Execution” Button, the test plan history and the test execution history are the 2 updated and contain this information

But, when the user adds the test plan from the test execution view, it is only visible in the test execution history but not the Test plan history.

How to reproduce

1. Add a Test Execution to Test Plan via the “Add New Test Execution” Button.
2. Test Plan History and Test Execution history gets updated about the event. 
3. Now, add the Test Execution to Test Plan via the Test Execution view.
4. The event is updated in the Test Execution history but not in Test Plan History. 

Actual result/Attachments: NA

Expected result: Test Plan Histroy should get updated.
