File uploaded on Xray sub-test execution evidence got duplicated when uploading new file

Issue:

The Xray’s test execution file evidence becomes duplicated every time there is a new file uploaded in Jira server.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or go to any sub-test execution tickets. Ex.
2. Upload a file in Execution Evidence Section.
3. Go to Test Steps and browse and upload a different file. (Wait until you see a successful pop-up on the right side of the page.
4. Click again the file attachment icon on Actual Result and see the list of files uploaded.

Actual Result: The first file uploaded became duplicated.
Expected Result: Any file should not be duplicated.

Refreshing the page removed the duplicate one but the user has to refresh the page every time while doing this.
