Xray should fire an event when drag n drop a Test in the Test Repository similar when editing in the screen of the Test

Xray should fire an event when drag n dropping a Test in the Test Repository, similar to when editing in the screen of the Test.

Currently, the event is different between both operations:

When you move the test to the test repository (orphans) from the edit screen, the dash doesn't show; (1)
When you move the test from the test repository (orphans) using DnD the dash shows up; (2)
When you move the test from one folder to another folder using edit in the screen, the Dash shows up; (3)
