      Description

      User upgrade from 6.2.11 to 6.2.13, Test Plan filtering by assignee is not showing correct details.

      Pre-conditions

      How to reproduce

      1. Create Test Plan.
      2. Add 3 Tests to the Test Plan.
      3. Make sure the test issues have different assignees
      4. Filter using the assignee.

      Actual result/Attachments

      Not filtering by assignee.

      Expected result

      Should filter by assignee.
