Header and Footer for Landscape orientation pages in Word document with same width as on Portrait pages

Description
When using Header and Footer on a template with Landscape & Portrait orientation pages, the generated document will have the Header and Footer with the same width on the Landscape pages as the Portrait pages.

How to reproduce

1. Export the following example template on a Test issue
   STD_template_example_to_XRAY_support (1) (1).docx

Actual result/Attachments
The header and footer get messed up. The width remains of portrait on landscape pages.

Expected result
The header and footer should remain the same width as before the export.
