An Error getting triggered when using the JQL( issue in testPlanTestExecutions("FilterName"))

Description

An Error is getting triggered when using the JQL( issue in testPlanTestExecutions("FilterName")).

When we saved a filter with no data, Using the above JQL query for searching the test executions threw an error.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a filter with no data.
2. Use the JQL " issue in TestPlanTests("Filter with Data") ".
3. It will not throw any errors.
4.  
5. Use the " issue in testPlanTestExecutions("Filter with Data")"
6. With this Jql query an error (Invalid parameter filter. Must provide a Test Plan key or ID or a Filter)
7.

Expected result:

The error should not be thrown.
