It should be possible to manage the Automated Steps Library via REST API.

Client's feedback:

I want to: be able to access all of the steps in my project to run analysis with an external in-house tool
(detection of similar keywords (steps), keyword reuse etc )
so that: we can determine keyword reuse and provide feedback to the many teams developing
data that could be extracted over REST.

3. links to the xray tests/ preconditions. Currently on the ASL page the link is to the IDs, would be nice to have the link to the keys instead as they are more human friendly.
