Comma in the User fullname is breaking the CSV when exporting from "Export test runs to CSV

Pre-conditions
Create a user, and in his fullname add a comma:

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution;
2. Execute the Test with the above user
3. Go back to the Test Execution and Export test runs to CSV

Actual result/Attachments
CSV is breaking; check line 3:
LEGO-383 (2).csv

Expected result
The CSV should be correctly structured
