Test Plan Board moves Test to Orphan folder

Description
If a Test Plan is removed from a Test and that Test exists in a Test Plan Board folder of another Test Plan, it will be moved to the Orphan folder in that Test Plan Board.

How to reproduce

1. Create two Test Plans and a Test issue
2. Go to both of the Test Plan Boards and create a new folder on each
3. Add the Test to both the Test Plans
4. Add the Test to the newly created Test Plan Board folders
5. Go to the Test, scroll to the Test Plans, and remove one of the Test Plans
6. Go to the Test Plan Board of the Test Plan that still has the Test
7. Verify the folder where the Test is located

Actual result/Attachments
The Test is moved from the Test Plan Board folder and sent to the Orphans folder.

Expected result
The Test should be kept in that Test Plan Board folder since there were no changes related to that Test Plan.
