Importing the backup many times causes a long delay to import the data

Description

When importing the backup many times, the table size grows considerably causing an issue and a long delay to import the data. (PARAM_TEST_LIST and PARAM_TEST_LIST_OPT )

How to reproduce

1. Export a project using the Backup functionality 
2. Restore this project using the[ Restore|https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAY/Backup+and+Restore] functionality 
3. Reproduce this process many times 

Actual result/Attachments

When importing the backup many times, the table size grows considerably causing an issue and a long delay to import the project data.

Expected result

The table should not grow and the import/restore of this project should not take too long. **
