When having option Include Steps Table in Description enable, if you create a defect from a step that has an evidence, an message "attachments successfully cloned to" is reported however, no attachments were added.

Pre-conditions

• Include Steps Table in Description enable*

How to reproduce

1. Go to a test run that have steps
2. Add information to the Actual Result without adding attachments to it 
3. Create a Defect

Actual result/Attachments

The popup saying that the clone has been successful appears

Expected result
If the Actual Result don't has any attachment, then no popup should appear
