Test Executions in a non-editable status do not load Tests section

Description: 

Test Executions in a non-editable status do not load the Tests section. Page loads indefinitely. Progress is visible but greyed out.

How to reproduce

1. Configure a workflow status as non-editable
2. Create a Test Execution and add some Tests.
3. Change the status to this non-editable one.
4. Refresh the page.
5. The test section is greyed out.
