As a user, the Issue Selector should also take into account the project context

Currently the custom fields picker only takes into consideration the custom fields in the Global context (e.g. in all projects) within the issue type.

It is expected that the Fields picker should also take into consideration the Project field.

For example:

Create a Custom Field (called ABC) only available in the Test issue type in the Calculator project
Go to a Test execution -> Add Tests -> Search tab. In the project field add the Calculator to the Projects field.
Go to the Add fields options and search for "ABC". The "ABC" should be visible and selectable
