While creating new Test under story, the description field (JEditor Renderer) becomes empty when we switch projects.

Description: While creating a new Test under the story, the description field becomes empty when we switch projects. The description field is using JEditor renderer.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Install Jeditor.
2. change the renderer for the description field to JEditor.
3. Create a Story and add a description to it., then create a new test from inside of the story.
4. On create issue page, change the project.
5. The description field gets empty.

Actual result/Attachments:

Expected result: The description should remain intact.
