support for parsing RF 6.1 format changes

Robot Framework 6.1 changes slightly the output.xml report format.

The attached sample file 61.xml provides an example of the output of a test with an error. In Xray, for this example, a test run should be created for the corresponding test, reported as FAIL and the comment should contain the content of the inner <msg> element.

Side note: on Xray cloud, this same file seems to be parsed correctly.
