When using different Heading levels from Word, the headings level 3 and level 4 are being wrongly exported.

How to reproduce

1. Upload this template: debugheadings (1).docx
2. Go to an issue and export with the template above.

Actual result/Attachments

The numbers of Headings for levels 3 and 4 are wrong. The others are correct.

Expected result

The order number should be exported. If level 2.0 -> it should be 2.1/2.1.1/2.1.1.1 and so on.
