As a user, I'm unable to search for the Project while in the issue picker while adding Test from the Testset

Description

As a user, I'm unable to search for the correct project in the issue picker field when trying to add tests from the Test set.  

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

Created more than 200 projects

1. In a Test, go to Add Test Sets
2. Click on Search
3. Type an existing Project key that is not under the Recent Projects

Actual result/Attachments

It doesn't return the Project even after entering the correct project key

Expected result

It should return the project when being searched
