Create New Test Execution Screen flicks inside Test issue on the Issue Navigator

Description
After canceling the creation of a new Test Execution in the Issue Navigator page, if you try to create a new Test Execution in a different Test, it will flick randomly, and canceling is not possible.

How to reproduce

1. Open Issue Navigator
2. Search for Issue Type Test
3. Open a Test Issue
4. Click on Execute In -> New Test Execution
5. Cancel the Create Screen
6. Click on any other Test Issue in the List of the Issue Navigator
7. Click on Execute In -> New Test Execution

Actual result/Attachments
Some fields start flicking on the Create Screen, and it´s not possible to do anything there.

Expected result
The Create Screen should open normally and work without any issue.
